T&K Transportation Brokerage is to develop and maintain one of the largest shipping networks in the world through a vast network of qualified freight broker agents, working with the finest carriers, and providing excellent values for business and individuals with shipping freight needs.
Our vision include these Core Principles:
1- The transportation industry is the largest industry in existence. No other industry will ever surpass the reach of this industry. Simple put every product ever manufactured requires transportation services to reach the market place. This equates to Trillions and Trillions of dollars in potential sales for transportation companies and freight brokers worldwide.
2- Through the power and speed of the internet, we have leveraged a great tool to better assist our customers, advertising , informed others about our services , to learn more about the needs of the industry and continued grow in size, strength and volume.
My future plans for my company is too increase sales volume while increasing my profit margin by utilizing my cost efficient marking programs. I will create jobs in the community holding business seminars on the products and services I have to offer, word of mouth is the best free advertising.

Publications employees will be encouraged to work on their professional certification and the company will pay for related studies. Effective Training begins with a clear goal and a plan for reaching it. Training falls into three major categories: orientation which includes explaining company policies and procedures; job skills which focus on how to do specific tasks and ongoing development which enhances the basic job skills and grooms employees for future challenges and opportunities.
I will gain additional respect for myself, staff, and my company by encouraging my employees to earn the Certified Transportation Broker (CTB) designation. The CTB credential was developed by the transportation intermediaries Association (TIA) to increase industry professionalism and integrity though a rigorous program of study and examination. Candidates complete a home-study course a designed around an academic scholarship and practical experience and then sit for a four-hour exam to earn credentials.
